First, it's worth noting that in our application, you can access our Support by clicking either the [?] button in the upper right-hand corner, or the chat bubble in the lower left-hand corner of every page. In our Knowledge Base, you will see a [Support] tab in the bottom right-hand corner of each page. You can contact our Support Team in a few different manners:
Email: You can email firstname.lastname@example.org at any time and our Support Team will get back to you within one business day. You can initiate this through whatever email client you use, or through the [Support] tab on this page.
Chat: We have a live chat option that is open to you Monday-Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM EST, where you can talk to our Support Team in real time. You can chat with our Support Team via the little chat bubble in the lower right-hand corner of each page of our application.
Phone: We also have phone support from Monday-Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM EST, where you can call in and speak directly to our Support Team. Our toll-free number is (866) 617-3122.
