You can get to the Vendor Invoices/Vendor Credits page by going to Pay Bills > Vendor Invoices.
From this page, you can see a list of the vendor invoices and credits that you’ve created through Autobooks. Clicking on a given vendor invoice will bring up the right-hand side menu, where you can view the details of this invoice, pay the invoice or cancel the invoice.
In order to create a new vendor invoice, please click the [+ New vendor invoice] button. From this page, you will need to select the vendor that you received this invoice (or credit) from, the invoice date, due date, reference number, the Accounting Category to code this invoice (or credit) against, and the amount. Finally, you can enter a message if you would like, and then click the [Add] button to save this vendor invoice or vendor credit.
