Create Recurring Payments in Bill Pay

Are you looking to make regular payments to the same payee without the hassle? Recurring payments allow you to automate your regular bill payments so you never miss a due date. Follow the steps below to easily set up a recurring payment using the Bill Pay feature.

On Desktop

  1. From the dashboard, select Pay Bills using the I want to drop-down menu.

  2. Click the Off button to toggle the Recurring Payment setting from Off to On. This will open the Recurring Payment setup screen.

  3. Enter the following:
    1. Payment amount

    2. Payment Frequency

    3. Pay from account

  4. Select your delivery options:

    1. Delivery options are available and dependent on the Payment Frequency chosen under Payment Details. For example if the frequency chosen is "Once Every Month", you will need to choose which day of the month you'd like to schedule that monthly payment. 
    2. Select the what you want the system to do when your recurring payment date lands on a non-business day from the Non-Business Day Option dropdown.
  5. Set the cancellation conditions for ending the recurring schedule.

  6. Click Save to confirm the recurring payment setup.


On Mobile

  1. Tap on the bill you’d like to set up as recurring.
  2. Tap Setup Recurring Payment.
  3. Fill in:
    1. Payment amount
    2. First payment date
    3. Payment frequency (e.g., weekly, monthly)
    4. Non-business day preference (whether to move to the next or previous business day)
  4. Choose the cancelation condition.
  5. Tap Save.
  6. Review the schedule details, and tap Save Schedule to confirm. Click Make Changes to go back and revise your payment schedule options.
