The person or business you're sending money to is called a payee. Once you've added payees to your list, you may need to edit or make changes to existing payees — which you can do at any time. This can be helpful in the event that contact information changes, account numbers change, or more.
Edit a Payee
- Navigate to your list of payees inside Bill Pay.
- Click the Payee you wish to edit to expand the payee information.
- On desktop, click the Edit button. On mobile, click Edit Payee.
- Make the necessary changes, and click the Save button when you're finished.
Delete a Payee
- Navigate to your list of payees inside Bill Pay.
- Click the Payee you wish to delete to expand the payee information.
- On desktop, click the Edit button. On mobile, click Edit Payee.
- Select Delete Payee. And when the prompt appears, click the Yes button.
