Editing or Deleting a payee within Bill Pay

The person or business you're sending money to is called a payee. Once you've added payees to your list, you may need to edit or make changes to existing payees — which you can do at any time. This can be helpful in the event that contact information changes, account numbers change, or more.

Edit a Payee

PayeeAddPayee

  1. Navigate to your list of payees inside Bill Pay.
  2. Click the Payee you wish to edit to expand the payee information.
  3. On desktop, click the Edit button. On mobile, click Edit Payee.
  4. Make the necessary changes, and click the Save button when you're finished. 


Delete a Payee

  1. Navigate to your list of payees inside Bill Pay.
  2. Click the Payee you wish to delete to expand the payee information.
  3. On desktop, click the Edit button. On mobile, click Edit Payee.
  4. Select Delete Payee. And when the prompt appears, click the Yes button.
