Reasons you may no longer be able to accept payments through Autobooks

There are various reasons you may no longer be able to accept payments through Autobooks. Check out our three circumstances below for the information that best aligns to the message you see in the Settings > Account Status area:

Unable to accept any type of payments

Complete_Disabled

Autobooks continually monitors payment transactions to keep you and your customer safe from fraud. In some instances, we must disable your ability to take payments while investigating suspected fraudulent activity or misuse.

Take this action: You may see your payment ability status by checking back on the Settings > Account Status area of our application. If you need more information during this time, please contact us.

Unable to accept ACH (bank transfer) payments

PartialACH_Disabled

With Autobooks, you may request to turn off the ability to accept a certain payment type. If you have previously requested that we turn off your ability to accept ACH (bank transfer) payments, you'll see a message in the Account Status tab confirming that choice.

Autobooks may disable your ability to accept ACH payments if you have not used this feature in the last 12 months.

Take this action: If you believe ACH (bank transfer) payment types were disabled in error OR you'd like to turn this ability back on, please contact us.

Unable to accept credit/debit card payments

PartialCC_Disabled

With Autobooks, you may request to turn off the ability to accept a certain payment type. If you have previously requested that we turn off your ability to accept credit/debit card payments, you'll see a message in the Account Status tab confirming that choice.

Take this action: If you believe credit card payment types were disabled in error OR you'd like to turn this ability back on, please contact us.
