Schedule Payments inside of Bill Pay

Once you’ve added your payees—such as vendors, suppliers, or contractors—paying bills is quick and easy. Simply find the payee, enter the payment details next to their name, and submit. If you need to pay multiple people at once, you can enter the payment information for each one and send them all in a single session. It’s a streamlined way to manage expenses and keep your finances organized.

Schedule a Payment on the Web

1. In the "I want to" drop-down menu, select Pay Bills
2. Choose the payee that you'd like to schedule a payment for.
3. Enter in the appropriate payment information: Amount and Send On Date.
   
   1. If you'd like to add a note to your payment, enter it in the Notes field. 

As you enter in your payment information, a box will appear in the upper right corner above Scheduled Payments. This box will display all of the payments you are scheduling – whether it's one single payment, or multiple payments across payees - and the total dollar amount of all payments.

When all your payments are ready to submit, click the Pay Bills button in the upper right corner. You'll see a list of all bills you've set up to pay.
*An option to attach a picture, such as a statement or invoice, is available by clicking the "Upload Picture"  button. You will not see this option for all payees.

When you are finished, click Submit Payments to schedule your payments. 

Schedule a Payment on Mobile

1. Choose the payee you'd like to schedule a payment for.
2. Click the Pay button.
3. Enter in the appropriate payment information: Amount and Send On Date.
   Optional: You can add a note for this payment or attach a photo (like a statement or invoice) by choosing the Take Picture button.
4. When finished click the Make Payment button. Confirm the payment information in the Review Payment window, then click Submit Payment to schedule.
