Can I change the business name that shows on Tap to Pay on iPhone?
Note: The Tap to Pay on iPhone feature is not available to all Autobooks users. If Tap to Pay is not present in your mobile experience, contact your financial institution to inquire about Tap to Pay.
In order to change the name of the business that displays when using Tap to Pay on iPhone, access your company information through our other applications: Send an Invoice, Payment Link, or Autobooks.
1. Navigate to one our Autobooks applications (Send an Invoice, Payment Link, or Autobooks) within online or mobile banking
2. Go to 'Settings'
3. Tap 'Company' and change your company name.
4. Click 'Save'
