Autobooks makes it easy to enter in a budget that can be tracked against actual income and expenses for your business.
Navigate to Accounting from the left side menu. Click Advanced in the upper navigation tabs, then click Budget.
You may create a Budget for a specific Period or by Fiscal Year by selecting your preferred budget period radio button.
After you have the timeframe selected, enter your budgeted amounts for the accounting categories as needed. Click Save Budget to apply the your updates.
You can compare your budget versus your actual spending by viewing the Budget report. You can find your Budget Report in the Reports section of Autobooks.
