How to view Checkout Page sales

Track the payments collected for each of your Checkout Pages from our Sales list.

All payments collected through your various checkout pages will appear in the Sales tab of the Checkout Page tool.

To view your Sales:

  1. Click the Sales tab within the Checkout Pages tool.
  2. You'll see a list of all payments from all checkout pages. Information in the list includes:
    1. Name - the name of the person that made the payment.
    2. Payment type - the method of payment will appear here.
    3. Date - the date the payment was made.
    4. Source - the name of the Checkout Page that the payment was collected from.
    5. Amount paid - the total dollar amount of the payment collected.
  3. You can sort the list by clicking the header of the Name column (to view the list in alphabetical order), the Date column (to view the list by payment date), or the Source column (to view the list alphabetically from the Checkout Page name).

View all Checkout Page information you collected on your forms

If you've collected additional information in your Checkout Pages (such as quantity) you can view all information collected.

  • View information collected on an individual Checkout Page payment by highlighting the payment from your Sales list. You can view any additional information you collected in the right side menu that appears.
  • To view information collected on multiple Checkout Pages, you may export the sales data.  Just click the Export button to download a spreadsheet with all information that was collected.
