I refunded/canceled my customer's payment. Why do they still see the transaction on their card?
When you cancel or refund a payment transaction, a pending charge may still appear on your customer's card statement. Although it may appear as if the charge has been posted to their account, it should disappear after a few business days.
If a transaction shows as canceled or refunded in your Payments history but appears on the customer's card statement, it indicates that the customer is seeing a pending transaction rather than an actual charge.
If after five business days the transaction still appears on the customer's card statement, contact Autobooks and we can investigate.
