Downgrade or Cancel my Autobooks Account

If you would like to downgrade your subscription from the Autobooks Accounting Suite to the Payments Only version, click here to submit a request. A representative will confirm with you via email when your account has been downgraded. You will no longer receive a monthly service fee but will still have access to the invoicing and payments tools available within online banking (transaction fees still apply).

If you would like to fully cancel out your Autobooks Account, please follow one of the options below.

If you have any data to export, please do so before you cancel your account. There will be no further access to these records once the account is canceled.

Your request to cancel can be submitted as follows:

Through Autobooks Customer Care

  • Our Customer Care team can assist with cancelling your Autobooks account. You can submit your cancellation request by filling out the form here. Please fill out the form using the information associated to your Autobooks account. Under"What can we help you with?" , you will select Cancellation Request, and fill out the fields accordingly. A representative will notify you directly via email with confirmation your Autobooks account has been closed.

Through the Autobooks App

  • When you are logged into Autobooks within online banking, locate and click the "Need Help?" button. Then click Submit A Ticket. Fill out the form and select Cancellation under"What can we help you with?". A representative will notify you directly via email with confirmation your Autobooks account has been closed.

Cancel within your Bank/Credit Union's Online Banking:  Marketplace/Store/Subscriptions

  • If you subscribed through your financial institution's marketplace/app, you must unsubscribe through this method to stop all billing. If you added a debit/credit card to sign up for Autobooks and are billed to that card for any processing or monthly subscriptions, then you likely signed up through the Marketplace App Store.
