We encourage you to contact us before you fully remove your access, in order to find out what we can do to help. We are developing new features all of the time, and the feature your business requires may be just around the corner.
If you still decide that you want to remove access to payment processing within your bank account, here is how to ensure your account is canceled successfully.
If you have any data to export, please do so before you cancel your account. There will be no further access to these records once the account is canceled.
Your request to cancel can be submitted as follows:
Through Autobooks Customer Care
- Our Customer Care team can assist you with cancelling your Autobooks account. You can reach us via phone 866.617.3122 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Through the Autobooks App
- Click the Support button within our tools, then click Contact us. Click Leave a Message, then select the option of Pause, Modify, or Remove Autobooks Service. A representative will be in touch with you within 24 hours.
Cancel within your Bank/Credit Union's Online Banking: Marketplace/Store/Subscriptions
- If you subscribed through your financial institution's marketplace/app, you must unsubscribe through this method to stop all billing. If you added a debit/credit card to sign up for Autobooks and are billed to that card for any processing or monthly subscriptions, then you likely signed up through the Marketplace App Store.
