Using your items list to build a Tap to Pay order

Quickly select products from your items list to complete your Tap to Pay sale

You can add multiple items from your Items list to itemize a Tap to Pay sale. Using the Items list allows you to better track what items you've sold (and how many) and also provides your customer with an itemized receipt.

Adding items to a Tap to Pay order

  1. Open Tap to Pay, then tap Start A Cart menu at the center of the screen. Your current Items List will appear.
  2. Tap individual items from your list to add them to the cart for the order.
    1. Select more than one of an item by tapping on the item listed in your library (each tap = adding one item to the cart) OR use the quantity selector from the cart at top.
  3. To create a new product item in your Items list, tap the + button in the upper right corner of the items list. Type in a name for your product and the desired price, then tap Add.
  4. Tap more items as needed to build the order from your Items list.
  5. Once you've selected all of the items for the order, choose Tap card and complete the transaction as usual.

You can always start over by tapping Clear cart. You'll return to the main screen within Tap to Pay and you can begin to build your transaction again.

Itemized order, itemized receipt

Once the sale is complete, you can text or email a receipt to your customer. If you used your Items list to build the order, your customer will receive an itemized receipt of everything they've purchased.
