What to expect when your application to process payments is under review

Autobooks performs an application review in order to approve you to process digital payments. We may request additional information as part of the review process.

If Autobooks requires additional information from you to perform our application review, we will notify you via email and display messages within our application.

 

Our message will appear in a few places within our application: 

1) In the upper area of our site navigation menu: Click Provide Information to get started.

2) In the Settings tab, under Account Status: Click Provide Information to get started.

How to provide information

1) Once you click Provide Information, you'll see a modal appear on screen. This box will contain a list of items we need additional information on.

2) When you're ready to address an item in the list, just click on that item and follow the instructions for that item. Click Submit once you're finished.

NOTE: if you are using a mobile device to upload documents and receive an error message, please log into your financial institution website to access Autobooks instead.

 

3) Once you've completed a requested item, a green checkmark will appear to indicate you've completed it.

4) A success message will appear once you've addressed everything in your list (you'll see a green checkmark next to all the items when it is complete).

We will review your application again once all items are collected . Autobooks will review items within 3 business days and determine your application status. We'll notify you via email and you'll also see messages within our application on the status.
