How to send a receipt after a payment is completed using Tap to Pay on iPhone


Note: The Tap to Pay on iPhone feature is not available to all Autobooks users. If Tap to Pay is not present in your mobile experience, contact your financial institution to inquire about Tap to Pay.

  1. Navigate to Tap to Pay inside of your mobile banking app.

  3. View all payments made through Tap to Pay on iPhone. Click the payment you wish to send a receipt on
    Refund 1

  4. Enter in a valid email address in the email field, and click Send a Receipt.

Business Owners Who Use the Autobooks Tap to Pay App

 As a business owner utilizing the Tap to Pay App from Autobooks, you will notice a different presentation of the 'Payment Details' screen. In addition, you are offered the convenient feature of sending a receipt to your customer directly through a text message.
When completing a payment with Tap to Pay, you will now see a box with the payment details. Once the payment is accepted, the box will collapse, with an option to expand it by selecting 'See Details'. This expanded view will provide a full breakdown of the payment. If an email address or phone number is added for the receipt, it will also be displayed as a line item within the details.
